| LINDY'S LAKE ASSOCIATION is pleased to again contract with R.WILLIAMS PAVING for paving of roughly 15,000 square feet of our roads (plus additional pot holes). 2025 is year three in a ten to twelve year plan to repave all of the roads in the association. MILLING and PAVING will begin 8:00am on Tuesday, April 15th. This will take a few days, and the current forecast looks to be in our favor. Our paving partner, R.Williams Paving, will again be filling potholes this year. Please send pictures and locations of any potholes that need attention to ROADS@LINDYSLAKE.COM as soon as possible. This is the current schedule, weather permitting: TUESDAY, APRIL 15TH (beginning at 8:00am): #1 - LINDY’S DRIVE, between #33 and #43 Note that access to Lindy’s Drive will be affected. Please plan on not driving on the paved area for 24 hours #2 - UPSALA PATH, between #44 and #52 Note that access on Upsala will be affected until the work is complete Please plan on not driving on the paved area for 24 hours #3 - LINDY’S DRIVE, between #85 and #93 Note that access to Lindy’s Drive will be affected. Please plan on not driving on the paved area for 24 hours WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16TH (beginning at 8:00am): #4 - WOODSIDE STREET, between # 16 and #17 Note that access on Woodside Street will be affected until the work is complete Please plan on not driving on the paved area for 24 hours #5 - Intersection of LAKEVIEW DRIVE and SUNNYVIEW PLACE Note that access will be affected until the work is complete. Please plan on not driving on the paved area for 24 hours MAP OF PAVING AREAS Please let any of your neighbors who may not have access to email or internet know. We will be posting signs at the community mailboxes. Also, please, do not park your cars on the roads in the sections being paved since this may delay the process. If there are any delays, we will advise as soon as possible. Please feel free to email ROADS@LINDYSLAKE.COM with any concerns before, during or after the project is complete. |
