| As the wintery weather nears, know that the Township of West Milford is responsible for plowing the roads of Lindy's Lake, no matter how much snow falls.
If you have an issue with your road conditions due to ice or snow, please call the town directly at 973-728-2850. The township relies heavily on subcontractors to augment their plowing force. They plow the main roads before attempting to plow the side streets. The roads within our community are considered secondary (side streets). Also, we understand that with a large amount of snow that there may be nowhere else to put the snow, but, PLEASE DO NOT blow, plow or shovel snow into the street.
